Why isn’t my computer turning on?

Solution:

  1. Check if the power cable is plugged in securely.
  2. Ensure the power outlet works by plugging in another device.
  3. On laptops, check the battery and charger. Try removing the battery and plugging the laptop directly into the power source.
  4. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset.
  5. If none of these work, contact IT for hardware inspection.
