Why can’t I connect to Wi-Fi?

  • Solution:

    1. Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on (check your laptop's Wi-Fi button or settings).
    2. Restart the router.
    3. Forget the network and reconnect with the correct password.
    4. Run the Network Troubleshooter from Settings > Network & Internet.
